Cancellation Policy
I charge 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments with communication and confirmation. After 15 minutes card will be charge and deposit will not be refunded. A non- refundable deposit is required when booking select services. Your deposit will be applied to your total. If you decided to not show to an appointment, Deposit is not refunded. If you wish to pay for a service in full and cancel on your behalf, payment is not refunded however you will receive spa credit if given timely manner. All appointments not confirmed 12 hours in advance will be canceled and deposit will not be refunded.
